The election period in Kenya has come to an end. I hope there were no irregularities to result in a re-run. The 5th is being celebrated mainly in towns and specific regions. However, there is no mood change in major estates such as Karen. And a meme king wrote, “If kuna kelele place unaishi work hard and smart”.

Anyways don’t consider that. Here are some ways to make us more financially stable; am also trying to follow these.

You attract what you think about

Whatever you’re thinking about you are attracting. If you want to attract more money, start thinking about your finances, how you are going to make more money, and how to save, and invest. Don’t just think about it, act on it.

Essentially, the energy of your thoughts manifests in your experiences. So positive thoughts manifest positive experiences and vice versa. There are three central universal principles that make up the law of attraction; i.e. Like attracts like, Nature abhors a vacuum, and the present is always perfect.

These encourage us to shift from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset. Instead of focusing on what you lack, practice feeling gratitude for what you have. In doing so, you’ll be better prepared as you work toward your financial goals and take advantage of the opportunities presented.

Affirmations

Simple phrases that you repeat to yourself. Word can make you act, change your mood, or make you feel out of place. “I will not be poor” this might fire you up to work hard and smart. It pushes you to re-think your goals and work on them. They build your confidence; knowing you doing the right thing.

Affirmations are used to shift the way our minds think about something. Maybe we want to feel less anxious, more confident, or more focused. Research on affirmations themselves suggests that affirmations can be a good way to maintain self-esteem and confidence (Critcher, Dunning, & Armor, 2010).

You have to give up something to get something

If you have to be successful, then you have to give up the things that are holding you back. For instance, I have to give up all excuses for not reaching my target when it comes to content creation. But I appreciate my mentor for keeping me on my toes.

Most people are held back by simple things such as social media where scrolling is easier than reading.

For a week; lets focus on the three tips.
