That extra weight annoys you right! But you’ve got theories about why you put it on and most times you have no idea where the weight comes from. Could be you are a secret eater without your knowledge. The same way your ‘staff’ gets disorganized, discourages you and you ultimately end up being a mess. Where you agree to be messy and it sounds ‘cute’ when saying “sorry am a little messy”
A series of small things brought together result in great things such as being consistent in workouts and dieting. However, the grain of sand in your shoe can wear you out. And everything that annoys/ wears you out drains your energy. These tolerations need to be dropped. That’s the weight. Clothes that don’t fit, broken mirror, disorganized wardrobe/desk, a boss micromanaging you, and…etc

As simple as the extra weight sounds, not dropping it drains your energy. By eliminating it, you gain more energy to concentrate on the things that move you.
Bottom line is, if you do not use it or need it, it’s clutter, and it needs to go.

In truth, getting rid of everything you don’t use will leave you feeling better and lighter. If you have not worn it for a year, there is a high probability of never wearing it. Clutter includes postponed decisions, goals as well as unattained plans. Unclutter and come up with new goals that you chose to and not have to.
