Did you know that with 34 kinds of strength, 16 types of personalities, 2 or more kinds of skills, and numerous unique experiences you are one in 7.9 Billion and counting?

A strange incident took place last weekend at my group coaching session. I happened to ask for participation in a certain exercise and strangely there was almost none. This does not happen usually and hence I decided to understand more. Was it the topic, was it the audience, was it something else?

I then had a 1:1 with the 10 participants to understand more about the way they would like to participate and one of the exercises that we do is to know the communication style if it’s Visual – Auditory or Kinesthetic by showing them – tuning into them and making them feel. Interestingly enough, I found that 9/10 of the visual participants found this image closer compared to the others. They were all self-proclaimed “Introverts”.

This had a “BLUB ON- EUREKA” moment for me to research introverts and the way they communicate. Being a Richard Bandler Licensed NLP Communication Coach, it was like finding my niche – my micro-niche :

Helping hundred thousand introverted working professionals to become better communicators by using introversion as their strength using NLP as a tool suddenly resonated with me big time and hence this article.

I then went ahead and created this Video (Click here to see this video https://youtu.be/ZaYuDHkGwJg ) which mentions the six traits of introverts and what goes in the brain of an introvert based on an article inked by Susan Cain (link here: https://www.quietrev.com/6-illustrations-that-show-what-its-like-in-an-introverts-head/)

Introversion is a personality trait characterized by a focus on internal feelings rather than on external sources of stimulation. Introverts and extroverts are often viewed in terms of two extreme opposites, but the truth is that most people lie somewhere in the middle.

While introverts make up an estimated 25 to 40 percent of the population, there are still many misconceptions about this personality type. It is also important to note that introversion is not the same thing as social anxiety or shyness. Being an introvert does not mean that you are socially anxious or shy. I could be doing a lot of work in this area to explore more about Communication using introversion as a strength using NLP as a tool, especially for working professionals.
